unreliable seller !!!!

I placed an item online on Friday and the order was under “Process “ till Monday and I received a email stating the order was cancelled due to item out of stock!!! The seller should have checked before putting online very unreliable seller. I am pretty sure Macy’s is also not going to step in and so something.
