Great watch. I bought this for my son and he is very picky about his watches. Yes the battery doesn't last as long as his Sam-Sun of three years ago. Otherwise it is great.

husband loves new watch but battery drains fast

my husband loves his new watch and it looks very nice as well. however, the battery drains fast.

satisfied purchase

This is my second Fossil smart watch. It's turning out to work for me. I got it to track my daily work outs the only thing when it looses the GPS signal it doesn't give the true time so I use the google fit app as a backup. The battery life is great. The feature I really like is answering my phone when I am out. I would recommend Fossil it works just as well as the other name brands.

One of the best Wear OS watches

The much improved hardware really gets the best out of Wear OS, but unfortunately for me it wasn't enough to justify upgrading from the Fossil Gen 5 Explorist. The Gen 5 screen is 0.2 inches smaller than the Gen 4, which is very noticeable when using them back to back. If this was my first smartwatch, I would not have any complaints. Returned it after a few days comparing it to the Gen 4.

Excellent Alternative

Was looking for a moderately priced smart watch to substitute for my old Apple Watch. Had issues pairing at first but after the first 2 days I'm very pleased w functionality and styling. Battery life is decent for me since I don't use it for most of the features it comes with. I've already purchased to alternate bands to use for sweat purposes.

This watch is awesome! I love the fact you don't have to have a separate number to send and receive messages. Makes me challenge myself to beat the day before step count
