The watch came late....and did not work.

Received the watch which was purchased as a gift... it came late and it did not work. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the watch and hopefully I'll get one that works....or maybe it won't...it for sure won't arrive on time.

Horrible experience

I ordered a watch for my wife for Valentines Day. It was supposed to be here on the 13th. The date keeps getting pushed out. The website said. Ordered by x date, package would be here by Valentines day. I called customer service. Absolutely no help. I've had this happen before with Macy's. Ordered an item and the shipping date kept getting bumped further out. The last item this happened with showed up six months after I ordered it. I called customer service multiple times...no help. Looks like the same thing is happening again. DON"T MAIL ORDER FROM Macy's. Chances are you won't get the merchandise on the day they say you will.....actually, you might not get your order at all. Macy's is the worst. I will never order or purchase anything from them again. If I could give 1/4th of star, I'd be generous.
