pretty but small for FP

I got the red color and it’s so pretty, vintage, 70’s type vibe. I wanted to love it but I think it ran a little small for Free People. I got a medium, I’m a 36C. I think this top works best for a smaller chest. I’d have to wear a shirt underneath or tube top. I really wanted to keep but it’s going back :(
