Not Cotton

Skirt has a very nice fit and true to size. This skirt is not cotton. Polyester skirt with Polyester lining. Website states the otter skirt is cotton. This is disappointing because I wanted cotton. I will probably keep it because I do like the cut but may return based on principle.
