Poor, poor craftsmanship.

I bought these boots about a year ago, I was so excited as they were an investment I had been saving up for. I was thrilled to own my first pair of Fryes. However, the craftsmanship and quality of the boot has not withstood the test of time. First of all, I had to get a rubber sole placed on the bottom by a shoemaker because I kept sliding all over the place. Second of all, they have stretched and are discolored beyond repair (I protected them when I first purchased them)! I am heartbroken! Shame on this company. I thought the quality of your boots would match the price, unfortunately, I'm sad to say, it hasn't.

fit like a glove, soft and supple

I love my new boots, size 7 - fit is perfect, leather is soft and supple, the foot bed is firm yet stable and giving and the top of the boot is giving and soft. The color, cognac, is gorgeous. I very highly recommend these boots.

Beautiful leather, quality

I got these a month ago after Christmas. They are comfortable, and efficient in the colder snow weather in Albany NY. They feel stylish, and expensive, but for the quality, reasonably priced. Love them. Wish I could wear them every day, and ps. They even go with sweat pants.

Perfect for petite frame

IвЂ:tm:m so pleased with these boots. IвЂ:tm:d been looking for a short riding boot, but had trouble finding the right shaft height. IвЂ:tm:m 5вЂ:tm:2, so many of the “short” boots I tried actually came midway up my calf like cowboy boots. These are perfect. They broke in quickly and are very comfortable. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe. I sized down to a 7.5 for these boots and the fit is great.

wonderful boots

I bought these as a late Christmas gift to myself and I am so pleased. I ordered 7.5 and they were just barely tight, but they will stretch and mold to my feet as I break them in. The leather is so soft I could wear them without socks! Definitely 10/10 and I canвЂ:tm:t wait to wear them every day when the weather is nicer!
