Damage skirt

I seen a big long thread hanging out! I said oh No. it was unstitched, all the way top to bottom. so I'm I going to have alteration myself. you pay money. Well Macy's?

Runs small

I like the feel of the fabric. I wear between an xl - 1x so bought the 1x and it was like squeezing into a large - way too tight. I want to get a bigger size but not sure I can even wear a 2x with how small it runs
