Waiting here in limbo

The install started out ok but I got to step three and and the pieces are made incorrectly. I can't install the side that would connect head and foot boards. Finding a live person on Macy's is near impossible, but I did manage to speak with someone. Who then transferred my call to someone that informed me that Macy's can only pass along my information to the manufacturer. My tip if you're going to by furniture that needs to be assembled just go to the furniture store that invented build it yourself furniture.

Great Buy!

This daybed with trundle was absolutely a good purchase. It was easy to assemble and I am very pleased with the quality of the bed. In addition, this daybed is pleasing to look at. Great Buy!
