G Shock

Had the watch delivered and it had already been removed from the box and must have been a return or demo. Highly disappointed in Macy's at thos price I expected much better service.

Watch not in correct packaging and had been opened

When the watch was delivered and I opened it I noticed that while it was a Casio box it was not the correct one for my watch and had numbers crossed off the outside. The watch was out of the factory plastic sleeve which was not in the box at all. I am thinking this was a display model that was stuffed in whatever Casio box they could find and for this kind of money it is really irritating to get this kind of service. While the watch is top notch Macy's service sure isn't.

Negative experience

Created a new account and a credit card to buy my favorite brand G-Shock watch and placed an order in store and after waiting for 2 weeks, the wrong watch was delivered to me with value of half price that I was charged for.
