Disappointed

I was going to purchase a more expensive set from theraband but found these yesterday and decided to give them a go. The product works great for the intended purpose, but one of the balls when removed from the freezer, had "popped" the plug on the side the very first time I used It! I can't push it back in, and so now it is useless. Perhaps this particular one is defective, but I am unimpressed that this happened less than 24 hours after I purchased It :(

Disappointed

Disappointed with the spikes on the ball. I have one of your three ball rollers which I use all the time. I find it to be much more effective then the single spike ball that I just purchased

Only wIsh I had these balls ten years ago!

The balls work great at relaxing and breaking up tight and painful muscles.  I've frozen the smooth ball to ice small areas and it remained cold for more than an hour.   The spiky ball leaked a bit of fluid but was replaced quickly by a great customer service crew.

Great Relief for Feet

I try to walk 15,000 steps daily which makes my feet hurt periodically. I started getting relief as soon as I started massaging them with the textured ball. Haven't tried the hot or cold yet but got relief just by itself.
