Runs Small

I order the Galaxy By Harvic,Men's 2-Packs Cotton Stretch Twill Jogger Shorts in Navy/Kaki. The material was great, you can dress up or down with these shorts. However, they run too small.I'm a XL, when I tried them on they were to snug. I advised to order a size bigger.
