leather love seat by galligher

the love seat was delivered this morning.there are 2 persons who delivered and assembled.It was very quick and easy to put together.I believe it took 5 minutes and they are done.I highly recommend those 2 guys.Job well done.

Wrong ITEM sent

I really like Macy's but boy was this delivery upsetting. First, I requested the delivery men place the item in my home but when they got here they said they could not because I did not request the service. I DID! So fine, my husband and I brought it in and unwrapped the 'loveseat' only to see that it wasn't the item we purchased at all. When I contacted Macy's the customer service gentleman was really helpful and he set up an exchange for the correct loveseat AND he did note on the paperwork that the delivery driver was supposed to place the item in my house. Happy with customer service, not happy that the wrong item was sent and the delivery men were not good. I've attached a picture of the couch that was sent, and it is clearly a different couch.

Leather love seat

Leather love seat that arrived sooner than expected. Good quality for the price. The item was very well packaged. Exactly what we ordered. The delivery was with out any issues.
