Macy’s what can be done now to resolve this?

The desk arrived damaged. Called customer service for an exchange and was given a delivery date. It never showed. I called again and was told I would get a refund. Never received a refund. I called again and was told to contact the third party seller. I contacted them twice already with NO response. I waited the five days. Now what?
