A Disaster!!

The product came fairly quick, packaged nicely but no screws or hardware to assembly the dresser. I did not quickly assess the product due to work being done in my bedroom. I contacted them by chat no feedback. I emailed the third party and recapped my phone number and email address and no happy results. Then I contacted customer services. They offered a 50.00 credit. All that I was asking for was the screws/hardware that I paid for. I did not want to return the product. It's a shame that 6 months later and the program has nit been resolved. Now I have to spend extra money, time and energy to go to Home Depot/Lowe's
