Overly sweet

This is so sweet that it is impossible to drink with water, plus it has that overwhelming Stevia flavor. I have been able to stand it by dissolving it in a small amount of water then adding to plain yogurt to cut the sweetness.

I take this in combination

I take this in combination with the mood probiotic (ashwaghanda-infused) blend and they've completely changed my life. I used to begin and end each day with abdominal pain, uncontrollable panic attacks and overall physical and emotional uneasiness, all stemming from relentless anxiety. I take a dose of this right before bed and it typically begins to work within 15-30 minutes. I'd say it's most comparable to the physical and mental feelings/sensations that arise during deep meditation. My entire body relaxes, eyes become very heavy and I feel like I'm very detached from the negativity or overwhelmedness that comes with my normal stream of consciousness. My thoughts and emotions are very gathered, collected and very much removed from detriment. My stomach pain is completely gone and for the first time in roughly 10 years, I don't dread the idea of a new day.
