Mixes so easily in water, with the unflavored option being a great on-the-go packet that can be included in any type of beverage. This has been one of my favorite powder thus far!

I want to love this, but I can't

I don't know how people drink this. I have tried mixing it with water and with my smoothies and every time it gets all goopy and the probiotic is just a clump of goo. It makes me gag when I try to drink it. If someone can suggest how to mix it in (I do stir it as I'm pouring it in) so that it dissolves instead of forming clumps of goo, I'd be ecstatic! Thanks for any suggestions!

Fitbiotic

Not sure if this will really help me loss weight, but research I've done on line about the strains in this probiotic are favorable. I think the powder is a bit inconvenient and wish it was in capsules and it is a little pricey. Wonder if it could be manufactured cheaper in capsule form and loss all the individual packages.

Back To Health

In general, I’m very sensitive to caffeine, but coffee is the worst form for me. I’d had coffee very recently, and my gut and digestion became a mess. I was sick and had cramping. My stomach felt heavy and in knots. I’d been using this product for awhile, but by continuing to drink coffee for a period of time, it wasn’t allowing this probiotic to do it’s thing. Flash forward to two or three days without coffee and continuing to use this product, my stomach is almost completely back to normal. Not only is my digestion normalizing, but I’m also finding my mood improved as well. I personally will not be using this particular product in the future (due to it not being vegan from what I’ve gathered), but for a vegetarian or meat-eater, I would definitely recommend it. I am beyond impressed by how quickly I’ve noticed improvement when I finally gave the product a chance.

Awesome product

This product is amazing! It mixes in nicely with my daily fruit, kale and yogurt smoothie! I find myself feeling more full, for longer after drinking my smoothie with it incorporated.

Great for those who don't do Pills

My wife always needed something for her digestive health, but pills are a difficult thing so this product is awesome and we mix it with anything.

I would recommend

I’ve felt noticeably better since my second month of taking this supplement. It is pricy. It rather than one proprietary strain of probiotic, you receive several of those confirmed by studies to be of the greatest benefit (I researched before buying).
