Beautiful ring but already destroyed

I bought this ring back in April and a few weeks ago, looking down at my hand I noticed one of the garnet stones is already gone. This was not a cheap ring and already it is ruined. I am outside the return window, but seriously I would have hoped for at least a half year of wear before this happened. I am deeply disappointed and will not be spending this kind of money on jewelry at Macy’s again.
