Poor service

It's been already 10 days since I placed the order and I have not received yet. I think Macy's should make sure who they are doing business with, since they're the link. It's so sad have for me because I never had any problem with my orders online. Moving forward, it will be returned. I don't need them anymore

Sorry of makes a line/dent on the top of my foot where the wide strap lies. Lighter weight shoe than what they look like.

I was so disappointed to quality of shoes, sizes too small i bougt qualities from Macy's but these the materials was poor and I will return them to Macy's for full refund
