Might be pretty But returning them!

This might be pretty But I will be returning this product! I purchased this last night on the Macys app. Today, less than 10 hours later on the app those same earrings are selling at a reduced price using the VIP COUPON. After searching for a contact person I get a virtual chat, then a real person on the text chat- only to find out these doesn’t get the price adjustment. Macy’s used to be my favorite store because of the customer service. NOT ANYMORE! I was told in the text chat that Macy’s doesn’t have an active email to send complaints. More annoyed! While this 15% discount only it’s the principal of the issued that Macy’s will not adjust the price even though it advertises it adjusts prices if the price changes with in 10 days because this is a third party seller. Didn’t see that on the app either!
