Two Defective Pairs
While I loved these shoes for comfort, color, and style. The stitching in my original pair came undone in both shoes. Bloomingdales quickly replaced the item, and after one wear the second pair started unraveling as well. I'd like to replace them again but I'm afraid to get a third defective pair. Bloomingdales has been very helpful through the refunding process.
