Where’s My Order

It’s difficult to write a review when I am sent extra large hoop earrings rather than than the Giant Berni earrings I bought. This is not the only ongoing issue with Macy’s. I have had to rein out my phone number multiple times, basically with every purchase, and still have not earned reward points for my purchases. This is an ongoing issue.

Mailed in envelope - smashed!

They would have been nice if they would have been mailed properly. They were sent in an envelope! They were completely smashed!! Very unhappy!
