Damaged earring

I tried to wear the earrings fiui r the first this morning and the ear piece attachment broke off. Would it be possible for me to return and receive a refund?

Great purchase

I had seen a similar pair at a different store and had regretted not buying them, but found these and they are exactly what I wanted. They are a good size and not too heavy so they don't weigh down my ear lobes. I'm very happy with these pearl hoops.
