Have not received order could not pick up
Your pick up policy needs to be tweaked. I usually pick up my packages but this time my son was out there and was going to pick up for me. I called the store to inform cashiers my son was coming his name and that he would have I.D.Informed them of what it was and order number. I printed off pick up barcode and gave him my Macy's card AND ID. He still was unable to pick up order after being told (reluctantly) he could. What more do you want and need?! You need to change alternate pick up feature online because once you place order you cannot go back.It's like you are only interested in our money and no customer care. Your products aren't as good as they use to be and certainly not as good as Marshall Fields but loyal customers hang in there with you but not for long. Every social media platform I'm on and my son is on will hear about this until something is done for a better online shopping experience or until I get tired of posting. Too Expensive
The ear rings were too expensive for basic hoops.
Do not think they are real.
The overall purchase was what I wanted. I had put them on the first day and by the third day it started to hurt my earlobe. I had got a knots on the holes where i had the earrings on at.
Poorly designed clasp
I liked the earrings but the clasp is poorly designed. I wore them twice and at some point realized one had fallen off. Luckily I found the missing earring but had to return them because they wouldn't stay on.

bigger than pictured
I really wanted to keep these, super thin and cheek. lightweight and a good color, however, way bigger than pictured on site.
