Nice look but dishes crack in the Microwave

The box says "dishwasher and microwave safe" but these dishes crack if you do put them in the Microwave. Not a good purchase for that reason.

Not microwave hardy

Bought this set because they were not ordinary. Stylish design. I love the fact that each item is different. Specks are random which gives it a homemade pottery look. Very reasonably priced. HOWEVER- They are NOT microwave hardy. Even having a plate in the microwave for a minute has cracked them. Have had several plates crack in the microwave. Macy’s has been good about replacement (you can’t replace one or two plates, it has to be the entire set), that has not solved the problem.

Color is not at all like it appears on the internet. Also dishes have black pits randomly on alll pieces which makes them look dirty or defective. Was not happy with my purchase returned them.
