Not matching holes to the screws

The far end holes on the seat where you put in the screw are not matching with back supporter holes. Not sure if this is just single production defect or general design error. I'm going to return it, other than that it looks real good chair.

This chair is decent for the price but where are the instructions????? I have to resort to YouTube or Google to get a play by play. This chair comes with a lot of screws, but no instructions.
