Received a cracked crib part. This is way too big/heavy to return and get in my car after having a c section. Customer service was poor and refused to help me or do anything. Sent me in a thousand circles on the phone.

Cool item
I gave this to a young woman who was expecting her first child and didn't have the money to buy a crib. She was a single teen mom and had no family that could help her with the things she needed for the baby. So I'm glad I got this for her

Beautiful Crib
The Graco Theo convertible crib is exactly what we were looking for. For this birth, we decided to get a convertible crib and we are really happy with the purchase. It easily converts from a crib to a toddler bed. The grey is perfectly neutral and looks very modern. I love that it is green guard certified so once we don't have to worry about toxic chemicals getting into her mouth once she starts puling up. It is made very well, seems pretty durable and seems like it is built to last.

Amazing
I bought the theo 3 in 1 convertible crib for my baby girl and absolutely love it. I love how it will get with her for years to come. I like how inside of the crib is just boards with no gaps. The color is amazing and goes with me nursery

Looks great!
We got this crib for our second child. The crib is easy to put together, the pieces and parts feel quality made and go together without straining or having to maneuver much around. The paint job feels durable and likely to hold up well to wear and tear. Great step by step directions. Read well once through before diving in and the build goes quite quickly and painlessly. Child #2 sleeps well in this. Easy to put them down to sleep. Very much like this crib.
