Why is nothing ever made well anymore?

Havent even gotten to use pans yet, so cant speak on performance. Im not impressed tho that one small chip in one of the pots and Macy's expects me to ship the entire set back and replace with a new one. Why? I asked for just the pot to be replaced but they wont because its a set. Im not soending the money to ship the entire thing back, thats just ridiculousness. So i guess i will try and contact green pan. Im already nervous now how they will perform and hold up now.

Not as picture

Giving a 2 because these are not as pictured. I contacted Green Pan support with the link and they confirmed this. It is actually a dark charcoal shade. If you do a search of the images provided by other stores it is clearly not the same. Because this was purchased as a gift, it wasn't discovered until after the 30 days, and Macys would not issue a return.

Perfection

This set is a dream. Very elegant but lighter weight and smooth dreamy cooking! The sale of this makes it an even bigger gift. Christmas came early. Very happy.
