No-mess stovetop grilling!
I have used my new grill pan several times with excellent results. Grilled foods cook evenly and thoroughly with minimal splatter. This pan is a welcome alternative to standing outside next to the grill during the heat of the summer. Clean-up is a breeze: simply soak briefly with hot soapy water and rinse off any stuck bits with a dishcloth. No need to scrub or use any kind of abrasive.

Love this Pan!
Love this pan! This is the third green pan I've purchased. I love all 3 now. Cooks evenly and cleans up like a dream. I'm so happy to get away from traditional, non-stick coated, unhealthy cookware.

This grill pan is perfection!
I am excited to write this review. If you are on the fence about purchasing this pan and adding it to your collection, press "add to cart" immediately. I have used this countless times to cook thick pork chops, steaks, and it's a dream! No added oil (I do add a bit of olive oil and seasonings to both sides of my meat) , sear a few minutes on either side of the meat (depending on thickness level) and finish in a 400 degree oven. If your meat cut is not so thick, just continue to grill in the pan until your "doneness" level. Easy peasy and perfect each and every time. The grill marks are perfection. Clean up is an absolute breeze - just wipe out with a paper towel when cool and I hand wash it. You will not regret buying this grill pan.
