Failure to deliver product and requested refund

I ordered this ring under expedited 2-day delivery but it did not arrive. I inquired on the possible delivery date and it just kept getting pushed back until more than 2 weeks or so. It’s as if I paid extra for nothing and I’m working under a strict timetable so I decided to just cancel the order since I don’t need it anymore. I decided to get a refund and called customer service 11/25 or 11/26 and I was told to wait for 72 hours for my refund only to be told the refund process hasn’t started until 12/1 when I called again and it’s now 12/4 and I still haven’t received my refund or any information about it.

Stuck in processing

So, I’m preparing to be engaged. As usual, I need a ring so her and I went shopping. We found this ring and she said she loved it. I ordered it and now I’m stuck without a ring. I ordered it on the 8th, and now it’s the 19th and it’s STILL IN PROCESSING. The shipping date has been pushed back several times. Customer support has done nothing for me. I’m hoping this review will attract the help I need, because otherwise, the ring looked great on her hand. She said that it felt premium.
