NEVER RECEIVED!

It's been almost a month and status is still processing. They said they can't do nothing about it, can't modify or cancel so what am I supposed to do? HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?

I love the cut of this diamond!!!!! the way it reflects in the light is so pretty. It’s a faint faint hint of yellow (like mentioned in the details) and worth the price.
