perfect summer dress

I love this dress, it is well made and received compliments day one. I purchased a little sweater. I had to get a medium. I am usually a small size 4, 5'5", 125lb

Such a cute dress but super tiny. I normally wear a 6 or 8 and could not get this over my hips. I ordered a M. Disappointing.
