ELMO CUTE BUT SHIPPING TERRIBLE

Elmo is very cute but was shipped in just a soft bag and was crushed and misshapen when he srrived. I also had to put 2 tracers on package. I ordered the kadt week in April and didn't receive until May 15. I actually ordered another item which I will send back because they , at first, couldn't find the first one .
