Easy to Use

I have been using for 2 years. Great for heating food for just 2 people; saves on energy. I use it in my 5th wheel over the summer and use it at home in my laundry room the rest of the year.

The Hamilton Beach Countertop Oven with Convection Rotisserie, Baking, Broil Extra Large Capacity, Silver 31100D arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. It is large in size and can fit 2 large pizzas. It also comes with a baking and crumb tray. This countertop convection oven has a rotisserie feature for chicken and its big enough for baking cakes and casseroles. Great buy at a great price point.

Heats well but overheats

Tested with 2 verified thermometers for accuracy. Found: Consistently over heats 40-45 degrees on convection and 50 - 55 degrees on bake. I will remark the temp dial for my normal baking temperatures. Then it will be OK.

Nice large oven capacity

Nice easy operation of this oven. Like the large space, & accessories included. Just received, so, too soon to tell how well it works. I only wish the top of oven didn't get so hot during normal use.

a dependable and quality toaster oven

I purchased same oven model# 31100 in 2011 so when it stopped working I wanted the same oven. It lasted 12 yrs. I just purchased model # 31100D. hope it will last as long. I use the oven almost daily, the only thing I would like are thinner & longer rotisserie forks so that i can do hotdogs on the rotisserie. The shape of the forks you include cause the hotdogs to split. Love the oven.

A good product but limited ultimate functionality.

Makes a good countertop broiler and baking oven for small personal batches of baked good, but a bit under powered for a convection oven. It could have used a little more development before going into production. I am looking forward to doing some slow barbecuing with the rotisserie. I really enjoy slow cooked chicken or pork.

Nice cooking!

This thing does everything a regular oven can do! I cooked fresh pizza and was able to get the oven hot enough to crisp it up nice on the bottom. I’m torn on the size. I’m happy that it is large enough for family meals but it does take up a ton of counter space. With that said, being able to put a full sized muffin pan inside is huge for me. I love baking in my air fryers. They heat up so fast and cook quickly. Controls are easy to figure out. I place foil on the bottom plate for easy clean up!
