Not durable

The frame and slats would not stay together. The screws all slipped out. The bed was in a guest room so not used often. The ordering was easy and delivery was great. The durability of the base was the issue. It looked just like the photo hate it didn’t work out.

Never seen this kind of worst frame

Only 4 slots in bed frame. I was in assumption like bed frame manufactured with 4 slot and support queen mattress. But, When you put mattress on bed, gaps between slots matress going down and body is not laying equally on mattress. I never had this kind of experience with any product.

Missing piece

Like it, good price but as you can see from photo missing a button. Of course Macy's customer service is closed and good luck putting it back in original package.

Stylish and Sturdy

So the bed came in one big box. To get started I just took out each piece and laid them all out. The instructions were very easy to follow and the hardware was sectioned out according to the step you were on, which made it even easier. It took about an hour to get it all together, but I am sure those that put furniture together often could get it done a little quicker. I love the upholstered look and it really brought my room together.

Didn’t even last 5 months

I am not a person who writes reviews on every stuff that I purchase but this is something important to let the customers know. I bought this bed in August and one of the leg broke in October. Then by December the wood of the stand broke and it was no longer to be of any use so i trashed it. I was not expecting macy’s to sell this kind of product. Please buy protection plan if you are purchasing furnitures, trust me its really important.
