Nice but . . .

Impressive, comfortable, sturdy, very nearly perfect. After only one day of sitting in it the seat leather has already stretched. It isn't pretty. BTW, I weigh 130 pounds, so I don't think it's totally my fault. I expected better for the price. Maybe I'll get a sheepskin to toss on it when company comes.

Purchase of Chocolate leather chair.

I cannot say enough about Macys and Marigrace who was the sales representative was excellent. She knew the product and knew that the price was an excellent purchase. She walked me through the process and helped me open a new Macy's charge as well. I definitely have told my friends and family about my experience. Thank you so much, please let Marigrace know I appreciated her and I will be back to buy more merchandise from the Mills Macy's Store. I am so glad you are not closing that store. When my family visits from North Carolina, they love to go shopping there. Thank you again, the chairs have not been delivered yet until Nov 26th, but I am excited to receive them. Thank you, Marigrace!!!

works as intended

I do like this chair, However the delivery time was very much different and longer than what the store indicated. Its way too early to tell I do hope some long service as the chair appears durable and not a fall apart piece of junk. The reason for the four star was for the delivery delays. The delivery crew was awesome and they are why the four star instead of the three that i was going to give over the delivery delay.. Also I did not like that I could not buy and take the floor model same day, and had to pay extra for delivery.

One drawback

We've had this chair for almost a year. It looks great and is comfortable. One problem, however. One of the slides on the bottom cracked, and the nail gouged our wood floor. We took all the slides off and replaced them with felts. Just be aware of this and keep checking the slides.

Harrison Leather Pushback Recliner

Purchased my Harrison Leather Pushback Recliner on sale at my local Macy’s. I paid for white glove service and I’m super impressed by overall service(glad I paid for it). I’ve only have had my recliner for a day thus far and so far it’s serving it’s intended purpose but with quality-comfort-and impeccable style. Happy with my purchase indeed.
