broke within the first month

Worst piece of luggage I've purchased. The side hinge tore within the first month (used for one trip). Four years later, the inside elastic band is tearing as well.

Is it worth the looks?

Got the XL a few years back. Of course, with COVID, there's limited opportunities to use this good looking box. After 2.5 yrs, got really excited to travel again and finally have a chance to put it in use. And thats when it all happened. Anything you could think of has fallen apart, the rubber stopper, the so call "leather", even the inner separators' material got funny. Imagine this, the money have been spent on a functional (it is a luggage afterall and it does it job of carrying things) luggage that when you walk through the airport, you are leaving behind a trail of "leather" pieces all the way til you get to the car.

Compact Yet Spacious

This suitcase is compact but holds a lot! When traveling It is a perfect match with the MZ Wallace large deluxe metro tote, which fits conveniently over the handles of the suitcase.

Definitely worth it.

I bought this for my husband who travels quite frequently. His suitcase usually lasts about four years maximum. After seeing my Hartmann bag still going strong 26 years later, he agreed to get one. He loves the capacity and the accessibility of the different compartments for electronics and his business items. Perfect for his travel!
