Very small and cheap straps

This version is not up to Hartmann quality. The handle and straps are cheap imitation "pleather". The capacity is much smaller than expected impaired in part by the laptop/tablet insert. Rolls easily.

PERFECT Underseat Bag

I looked a long time for a bag like this. Very organized, plenty of room for the 2 day trip or for the longer trip where you want to keep your personal essentials i.e. computer, meds, books, shoes and on and on. Rolls and spins smoothly. Hartmann is know for quality and this nailed it.

Great Carry-On!

I haven't yet used this bag but the size is perfect and will hold all the essentials I want to take with me on the plane. I wanted a 4-wheeled carry-on small enough to fit under the seat...no more lifting overhead if I can avoid it. If it turns out that it doesn't fit under all seats, it won't be too heavy to lift as is the case with many larger carry-ons. Being a Hartmann, it's well-made and glides well over all surfaces. And the price was right with the sale price and additional discount.

Not as advertised

It was supposed to fit under the seat. I brought it to the airport as my under the seat luggage it would not fit into the sample thing that you have to fit your luggage to go under the seat for Jetblue. It was like a Eighth of an inch too long due to the wheels I think it could’ve been better designed the wheels fell under and the advertised as fit under the seat for Jetblue actually did had to put one of my bags under the plane because they said I couldn’t carry on two Bags Other bags made to fit under fit right into the Jetblue bag Checker
