Leather recliner looks beautiful in my den

I've only had a week, but so far this is a beautiful leather recliner and extremely comfortable. Delivery was perfect - on time and they plugged in and tested, etc. I got a great buy on this piece and just hope it wears well.

Noise

I bought this to match one I previously bought and love it but the one I just bought is so noisy everytime it is reclining Or putting the recliner down, certainly not like the older one i have. It is so annoying. I hate it. I would not buy again even tho it looks really nice. Just dont think quality is the same as it used to be.

do not buy any of the recliners at macys.com!!!

the 5 year warranty is only on the frame and cushions. the motor only has 2 year so does the leather. they are not the best quality leather to it will peel within 2 or 3 years. buy a recliner somewhere else where it will last more than 5 years. they just tole me they can give me $279 back because the 5 yr warranty is only 2 years on the motor and leather. never again.

Cheap Furniture under False Advertising.

Quality is awful. Leather discolored spot immediately and after 2 or 3 years leather peeled of the back. Bought a useless warranty as when the spots appeared they told me it wasn't even when it says it does. Never will buy furniture from Macy's again as this junk.
