Not durable

Handles started to peal a month after purchasing. Knife blades are good and hold an edge well. The finish on the handles coming off was a big let down

Sharp set

The knife set is a great addition for someone looking for a professional knife set with great ergonomics. The graphite line is light, balanced, the handle contour is perfect for those of us who grab around the end of the bolster. The included "self sharpen" function is nice for occasional use. Steak knives are the perfect match to the rest of the serrated knives in this block

A Gift

They were a gift for my daughter. I bought them online and had them shipped. Delivery was quick. She has liked the knives so far. Her only comment was the wooden base was larger than she thought. Not really a negative, just a comment.
