Seems every single positive review are from “promotions”. Suspicious! Micro serrated simply does not work. Maybe if I’m sawing wood. It tears everything from meat to vegetables. I collect knives and the only reason for serrated are to cut very tough fibrous things. Unfortunately, our 35 year old dull knives which we gave away work better. We are now restricted to using an old filet knife for most everything until I buy something else.
