Cute but not as advertised

I ordered the Heritage Shop Bear with the star and 1853 embroidery on the foot. Instead, I received the Macy’s Holiday Bear without the 1853 embroidery. It’s very cute but not as advertised. Other reviewers indicated the same experience.

Macys Heritage Shop

This is a very cute and soft Macy’s Heritage Shop Bear. Great to add to anyone’s collection, but it was disappointing it didn’t look like the Macy’s Heritage Shop Bear photographed online. The year 1858 was not embroidered underneath the red star on the bear’s paw as shown online. This is the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

False Advertising In Photo

Thrown together and not as pictured!! This tiny bear has a star on the bottom of it with no vintage year as depicted in the photo. Don’t waste your money! This is false advertising at its best.

NOT bear shown in photo

what they show in photo they call "Heritage Shop Bear" but his tag says: "Holiday Lane Sparkle and Shine" and he doesn't have the "Vintage" year shown in pic stamped on his foot, nor is he of any 'quality' as bear shown in photo....he is the IDENTICAL "cheaper" bear that is shown wearing the santa hat, only this guy is without hat and only Star on foot without 2024 on it, but the rest of the bear is IDENTICAL to the cheaper version! What a rip off/con? Surprised that Macy's would pull this especially at Christmas!
