I love my wok! It

I love my wok! It fits perfectly on my Hestan portable induction burner. It’s heavy duty and plenty of room for making stir fried noodles to feed 10-12 people.

Probably the best wok for

Probably the best wok for induction. The flat portion of the bottom is broader than most, which permits more effective heating. Because this wok is more conductive than a sheet-metal steel wok, it takes a while to heat up, so preheating is important. I was concerned that sticking might be a problem in the absence of seasoning the surface, but that is not the case. It is about the same as my old wok and cleans up like new with a little Barkeepers Friend.

Great wok, worth the price.

The wok is everything you expect of Hestan, exceptional quality and functionality. The wok heats up quickly and the size is adequate. Clean up like other Hestan pans is a breeze.

Best wok ever!

I hesitated investing in a wok after my kids left for college -- would we really use it just cooking for an empty nest? The answer is YES and I'm so glad we bought this. We use it way more often than expected, for both stir fries and for Indian veg dishes. Best features? It cleans up soooo easily, no matter how much I "brown" those onions/spices; this wok still looks new after several months of use. I also love that the handles stay cool. And honestly, it just looks beautiful on our range :) After the wok, we also got the 5-quart essential pan and love that one too, for all the same reasons. Now I just have to talk myself into buying the 10-piece set...
