Excellent design, mediocre quality control

As with all Hestan’s products, this pan is well thought out and beautifully designed. The price is justified. However, it did come scratched. I’ve had a number of quality control issues with Hestan (scratches, sharp pieces, ect) and do expect better from a high end company)

Best Pan I've Ever Had!

I'm tired of rusted and chipping amd warping nonstick pans that cook unevenly and have enjoyed tri-ply pots and pans so decided to give this a shot when it went on sale. I was skeptical as this was pricey and of course heavier than my standard nonsticks, but WOW! I will never use the nonstick again! I've used for bownies, cookies & roasting veggies and meats and it is absolutely perfect--and so easy to clean! It's also a beautiful pan so ive used it to serve off of, making for fewer dishes in the sink after the meal. Plus it is truly dishwasher safe--I usually opt tonhandwash it cause after a quick soak even vurn3d on gunk clmes right off with a little baking soda paste. I love it so much I bought a 2nd on Black Friday and have also gotten the steamer/pot combo,roasting pan, double boiler and french whisks--I'll be eventually replacing all my pots and pans with Heston as I can afford to as the quality is amazing. And not too heavy either!
