Beautiful skirt

I am 5"2 and 185 lbs I got a size XL and It's a perfect fit, I was just able to zip it up. my waist is about 36". I got the saddle brown color and it's a beauty color. The fabric is a thin corduroy not a heavy fabric corduroy. The skirt sits about 3-4 inches above my knee. It was a great buy!

Runs VERY small

Not what was expected. Checked the size with the chart provided online. Not accurate at all. Should have fit in a medium according to this. Luckily my skinny 10 year old could wear it but no adult could.
