AWFUL

I NEED REPLACEMENTS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! ORNAMENTS CAME IN A MILLION PIECES! HORRIBLE! These items are fragile and so poorly wrapped IN FLIMSY PLASTIC! . THEY DIDN’T HAVE A CHANCE! I NEED IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
