Sent Wrong Nutcracker

Send us the wrong nutcracker as well and is unavailable now that we are trying to order it again. Very disappointed and will not be using Macy's for nutcrackers again.

Damaged Seaside Nutcracker

The Nutcracker is a nice nutcracker however it was damaged when I received it. The packaging should have had more internal packaging. Since it was not packed correctly to protect it, the nutcracker was dented on top of the helmet. I would exchange it for another one but they are out of stock. Time to return it and get my money back.
