Beautiful but no music.

Beautiful Santa and I love the colors!!! We installed the batteries and the lights came on, BUT.....the music does not play. I would like this replaced, because I love it, but I am not sure they have another one available.

Ok

Doesn't work. Just received and went to put it on the tree. Put in the batteries and it doesn't work. I will be bringing it back
