frustration city

This and multiple other parts of the Downtown set were gifted to my 6 year old for Christmas. He was SO excited and really likes them. The worst part is the track that connects them. The curve angles and track lengths are all just off enough that none of them fit together to connect each set to another. It looks like it should work but they don't end up lining up smoothly no matter how you work them. The pictures attached are just a sample of how it doesn't fit. Believe me, we've tried every configuration imaginable, this is just today's attempt. It all ends up that every time he wants to play with them and make tracks between the downtown features we end up in pure frustration- him and I- we both just want it to work and it doesn't. VERY FRUSTRATING experience.

I bought this for my self and was happy playing with it even for a small set. It was good to add to my collection.

Birthday gift for grandson who loves this range of toys. Sturdily built range of toys for bashing & crashing.

Interesting add on to a larger track

This piece is a more interesting feature for kids who already have a significant amount of track. It also is better for an older/more experienced user. My 8yo incorporated it into track easily. My 4yo enjoyed it as a stand alone piece, but it was harder for them to work it.

Needs improvement in functionality

Got this for my three year old and five year old. Both are hot wheels fans and have several hot wheels town sections. It’s a small Hot Wheels garage. It is small but it’s expected at this price point. Minimal easy assembly. The kids played with it and liked it but we had some issues with the launch feature as the car kept getting stuck. Kept their interest for a short time as they got frustrated. I would recommend this toy if you have other sets but not by itself. There really is not much to it and my kids haven’t played with it since we opened the box.

Wonderful product

My son loves hot wheels he was super excited to open this toy up. We enjoy getting to attatch the rest of his track to it. He really enjoys that you can move the levels up or down he has a huge imagination so he definitely enjoys that. I would say it is alot small than i had expected it to be but overall a great toy if your child loves hot wheels

Fun Track Piece

I like the new updated track it’s more stable than the older track pieces. This is the tune up garage and it clicks together with other hot wheels city pieces. I love that you can personalize these cities buy putting pieces where ever you want. My 5 yr old son Adores hot wheels we have tons of them so this was right up his alley. He loved that the garage goes up and down. He put this with his other city pieces and played for hours. He gassed up all his cars with the pump, put his cars in the garage and tuned them up, then sent them down the road until they needed to be gassed and tuned again.
