Love my mattress. It’s firm as rated and love that it’s able to be flipped and rotated like old school mattress’s. It’s very pretty and well made. Very happy 9 months in.

This is the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever had. We called 3 times and were told to keep flipping it as it takes awhile...we do not want this mattress and so far have had unsatisfactory customer service.

I was looking for a good quality mattress that I can sleep comfortably and I found it in this Shifman Diana mattress I like it because you can flip it and rotate it and it's not to heavy since I got my new Shifman Diana mattress every night is a good night for me, I recommend it to anyone.

Beautifully made material softer touch firm but cushioned.... The best feature is that the mattress can be flipped over on the opposite side. Love love this mattress.

This mattress is very firm. It felt like sleeping on the ground. I had to return/exchange this one too uncomfortable. The quality was excellent, and it was made well.

We wanted to replace a traditional two-sided, flip-able, innerspring mattress that had served us well for 20 years. Turns out, not many such mattresses are available any more. 99% of the mattresses on the market are one-sided, with piles of failure-prone memory foam on top. (We're not memory foam fans.) This was literally the only two-sided, flip-able, innerspring mattress we could find, that was available to test out-in person, in our area. It was several hundred dollars more than we wanted to pay, but the comfort was just want we wanted, and our hope is that, being two-sided and flip-able, it will last a long time, with proper care and rotation/flipping. We've slept on it for a month now and it's wonderful. It felt comfortable from Day 1. It is firm and supportive, without being hard or uncomfortable. Macy's delivery service was great; they guys who came were courteous and conscientious of COVID safety issues.
