I havd a Cal king size bed and two king size pillows but lately I needed a smaller pillow to watch tv in bed so ordered a down queen size pillow. All my pillows are from Macys and from the Hotel Collection. I Wouldnt be happy with any other brand than Hotel collection and always gift these pillows to my family as well. They hold ip well and feel the same after washing them which i do as needed. Just make sure they're completely dry.

Macy’s is such a great company, yet I am so surprised that you are showing my package as delivered when in fact it is lost by UPS and you have no idea!!! I would like Macy’s to look into this and resolve it!! This is unacceptable!!!!

We were looking to replace our Charter Club down pillows and decided to upgrade to the Hotel Collection. So pleased with this pillow. Firm and supportive, good for side sleepers. Had been waking up with some neck pain from older pillows. Sleeping with these through the night for over a week. Will purchase again.

Best pillow for those who like a soft down pillow. I did change out the pillow protector for a softer one as I found the one that came with the pillow too stiff.

These are my favorite pillows. I ordered the firm for neck support, and they provide that well without being "hard." I have several sets and just gave one for a gift.
